Returns for Full-Priced Items

At SIX SHADES, we want you to be completely happy with your new sunglasses. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to assist you.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories received at the time of purchase.

You must contact us at info@six-shades.com before sending back any items.

Returns exceeding the 14-day window unfortunately cannot be processed.

If returned items are missing parts or show signs of damage, SIX SHADES reserves the right to decline the return or apply a fee for missing components.

Once your return is received, please allow at least 2 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is complete. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Returns for Sale Items

Sale items are final sale—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credits unless the item is faulty.

This applies to purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Flash Sales, and other promotional events.

Discount codes cannot be applied during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Flash Sales.

Please consider this before finalizing your order.

Faulty Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our sunglasses. However, if you receive a faulty item, contact us at info@six-shades.com right away, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

An item is considered faulty if:

There is a manufacturing defect confirmed by SIX SHADES.

Please note:

Twisted or uneven frames (commonly referred to as "dancing frames") are not considered a defect. Natural acetate frames are designed to be adjusted for a personalized fit. If your frames appear uneven, contact us for guidance on adjusting them properly.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, send an email to info@six-shades.com explaining your situation. Our team will help assist you and give you further instructions.

When sending your sunglasses back, please include your full name and order number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to SIX SHADES.

However, for exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.

We strongly recommend using a trackable, prepaid shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. SIX SHADES is not liable for lost returns without proof of delivery.

Processing Times
5–10 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete. The exact refund time may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or develop a fault shortly after arrival, please contact us at info@six-shades.com as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and take steps to resolve it promptly.
