SIX SHADES WARRANTY POLICY
At SIX SHADES, we offer a 6-month worldwide warranty for all products purchased directly from our online store.
PRODUCTS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Signs of normal wear and tear, such as lens scratches, are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
Salt or chlorinated water
Accidents (e.g., drops, collisions, or crushing)
Improper use or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or handling
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Valid Warranty Claims
If you contact SIX SHADES at info@six-shades.com within 6 months of purchase, and we recognize the issue as a defect in materials or production:
We’ll replace your sunglasses free of charge.
If your model is no longer available, you can choose a replacement of equal value.
You must confirm your choice within 10 business days of our notification.
Non-Warranty Claims
If the issue is not recognized as a defect, or if your warranty has expired (i.e., beyond 12 months of purchase), our customer service team will contact you directly to discuss options.

We’ll inspect your claim and let you know the next steps. If approved, you may be asked to send your sunglasses to us.
Pack the sunglasses in a secure box (no larger than 220 x 170 x 110 mm).Use protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit.If instructions are not followed, we will rely on the photos provided for the final decision and will not be responsible for additional damage in transit.
