SIX SHADES is proudly based in Australia and ships worldwide to over 200 countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Asia, and most of Europe.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Australian Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 12-20 business days (varies by location)

While we aim to deliver within these timeframes, delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors are outside our control.

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.
  • SIX SHADES is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or national holidays.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • Some international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
  • Certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your package before signing. If you accept a damaged or tampered package and do not report it immediately, SIX SHADES cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • Keep your order confirmation and receipt as proof of purchase for future inquiries.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. If needed, you must cancel and reorder.
  • To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours. If your order has already been dispatched, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping details will be canceled and refunded if we do not receive a response within 15 days.

Additional Information

  • All sale items are final—no refunds or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.
  • Unclaimed international orders returned to us will require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
